Administrative Assistant
on a
Full-time basis.**Bayview Wellness has been providing Toronto and surrounding area with access to expert professional health services, including Chiropractic Health, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage, Naturopathic Medicine and Custom Orthotics for three decades.

We are conveniently located at the Bayview Village Shopping Center at Bayview/Sheppard subway station.

SCHEDULE:

Monday: 1:30 pm7:45 pm
Tuesday: 7:00 am2 pm
Wednesday: 9:45 am2pm
Thursday: 9:45 am2 pm
Friday: 7:00 am12:30 pm. Occasional Weekends if coverage needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-
1-2 years of experience is required as an Administrative Assistant:

Strong background in reception and phone management is required:

-
1-2 years of previous experience in a health care clinic would be highly preferred:

Collage Diploma is Preferred
Experience with management software such as Jane is considered an asset
Knowledge and familiarity with chiropractic and physical therapies is an asset
Proficiency with Ms. Office is required
