The Operational Learning and Performance (OLP) team provides innovative and digital learning, quality, and knowledge management solutions to the Canadian Operations business lines.

Our solutions are aligned to the overall strategy and vision for Canadian Operations and enable our business partners to provide client centric service excellence.

As part of the OLP team at Sun Life Financial, you will be joining an energetic and collaborative team who designs and develops leading-edge learning solutions using a variety of design tools and methodologies to support our Canadian Operational business partners across SLF Canada.

What will you do?

Learning Design:
Move and/or rebuild digital learning content using our LMS to support the closure of another platform
Identify when a file can be moved or needs to be recreated
Learn the LMS platform to support the learning flow of digital content
Create digital quizzes on the LMS platform.
Research AI opportunities for quiz creation and development of learning materials
Develop a content maintenance process to ensure active curriculum is kept current
Data and Insights
Build reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data driven insights to users for a variety of audiences e.g., visualization solutions of data into reports, graphics, dashboards to illustrate facts, trends, and insights
Translate the data analysis into plain language stories to influence business actions
Seek opportunities to automate reporting & leverage available tools
Other initiatives throughout OLP as they become available supporting learning, quality or KM

What do you need to succeed?

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Tableau and Excel
Ability to be adaptable and flexible
Strong technical aptitude with high attention to detail
Strong analytical & critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.

The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
