RCGT Consulting Inc.

is seeking Auditors to support the project team during the planning, implementation, and reporting phases of national and international audit work.

The auditors will report the progress of the project to the project authority on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle.

They will meet with auditee management to outline audit objectives and approaches, gather key perspectives, and present audit observations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Support a variety of external audits including developing audit programs, including scope, audit objectives, audit criteria, and audit programs and procedures
Resolve any contentious and/or sensitive issues arising from the audit work performed
Prepare clear and succinct reports, including constructive and practical recommendations
Present positions, findings, and recommendations in verbal and written format
Monitor and report on actions undertaken to address audit concerns identified
Undertake special projects and supports corporate initiatives and serve on various committees as required
Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all organizational levels, including senior managers
Operate with unrestricted access to records, property, and personnel in carrying out assigned audit work; and safeguard the confidentiality of privileged information obtained from these sources
Pursue professional development through continuing education and training, literature reviews, and participation in professional associations. (CPA, CIA, etc)
