BODY IMAGING and BREAST RADIOLOGIST - HAMILTON GENERAL SITE
The Department of Medical Imaging, McMaster University and the Department of Diagnostic Imaging, Hamilton Health Sciences are seeking an academic diagnostic radiologist for our Hamilton General Hospital site.
The Hamilton General Hospital is a large tertiary referral centre with a busy Level 1 trauma program, general surgery, and internal medicine programs, as well as related subspecialties.
The position involves scheduling for clinical work, subspecialty and teaching rounds, encompassing assignments in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as participation in the department on-call schedule.
The breast imaging assignments for this position support a network of community clinic practices, including screening and diagnostic breast imaging, in addition to outpatient biopsy work.
Fellowship training in body/breast imaging is also required, with combination of clinical, research and educational experience.
