Key Responsibilities of Resident Manager Team

Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
Overseeing Contractors
Minor maintenance repairs
Preparing apartments for new residents
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
Leasing suites
Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)

Requirements:

1 year minimum experience related to managing a residential apartment property
Familiar with the ON Residential Tenancy Act and Personal Information Privacy Act of ON.
Basic Maintenance Skills
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Administration experience
Ability to perform in a team environment
Cleaning experience
