    Le gestionnaire de programmes dirige le développement, la planification, la gestion et l'évaluation des programmes et services offerts aux individus et aux familles, notamment : banque alimentaire, cuisine communautaire et programme de bénévolat.
    Diriger, coordonner et superviser toute la logistique et la planification des bénévoles et des programmes de la banque alimentaire.
    Diriger, coordonner, superviser et vérifier la distribution de nourriture et s'assurer que les individus reçoivent une quantité et une qualité de nourriture appropriées.
    Assurer une surveillance pour garantir un approvisionnement adéquat en nourriture et en fournitures, rechercher de nouveaux fournisseurs de fournitures si nécessaire et soumettre les factures ou reçus nécessaires en temps opportun.
    Aider l'administrateur des opérations de la banque alimentaire, si nécessaire, à suivre et à commander la nourriture et les fournitures selon les besoins, en suivant le budget et en maintenant le contrôle des coûts.
    Collaborer avec les agents de l'accueil du Centre pour mettre en oeuvre un plan d'intervention commun entre le programme alimentaire et le programme d'accueil.
    Assurer la supervision et le soutien du coordonnateur des bénévoles pour garantir que les besoins en bénévoles sont confirmés, que les horaires de tous les bénévoles sont créés et que la couverture des bénévoles de remplacement est confirmée si nécessaire.
    Assurer la supervision et le soutien de l'administrateur de la cuisine communautaire dans le développement et le maintien des séances de groupe, l'utilisation familiale pour la préparation des repas, etc. – tout en respectant tous les protocoles de santé et de sécurité lors de l'utilisation de notre cuisine communautaire.
    Entretenir des relations positives avec les épiceries, les donateurs corporatifs et les acteurs communautaires concernant les livraisons, les cueillettes, la qualité des produits et la gestion des attentes.
    Collaborer avec le coordonnateur du développement des fonds ainsi qu'avec le personnel de l'accueil pour soutenir la mise en oeuvre du programme de Noël.
    Rechercher des opportunités pour améliorer les opérations, renforcer les normes de qualité, en s'efforçant d'accroître l'efficience et l'efficacité et de trouver de nouvelles façons de répondre aux besoins existants et émergents.
    Offrir du soutien, de l'orientation et de la supervision à tout le personnel sous votre direction.
    Disponible à travailler des horaires flexibles, si nécessaire.
    Diplôme d'études collégiales en travail social ou équivalent.
    ~3-5 années d'expérience pertinente en supervision/gestion
    ~ Connaissance de l'équité, de la diversité, de l'inclusion et de l'intersectionnalité
    ~ Engagement envers les soins de santé et les services sociaux communautaires, ainsi qu'une philosophie et des pratiques fondées sur les forces.
    ~ Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
