_WHAT YOU'LL DO:

_

The Financial Analyst provides financial and accounting expertise and support to the organization and its decisionmaking processes and assumes key responsibilities for the analysis of financial issues

_WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

_
- _Undergraduate degree in accounting/business program _
- _Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, or actively pursuing designation. _
- _3+ years of working experience in accounting/finance
_

WHO YOU ARE:
_
- _Ability to balance multiple work demands to achieve deadlines and reporting requirements _
- _Ability to take initiative and act independently using good judgement as well as accept direction _
- _Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and account reconciliations _
- _Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point) _
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills _
- _Experience using Infor (Cloud Suite Financials) would be an asset _
- _Healthcare experience would be an asset
