Technology & Administrative Support Assistant - Toronto, Canada - York University
Description
Purpose:
Assists department with technology-related issues and provides administrative support. Responds to students and staff requests to support technical issues with various learning and related platforms. Supports the CDC with operational issues and developing processes and workflow.
Education:
Working towards university degree or college diploma in a related field (e.g. Business, Technology, Science.
Experience:
1 year of directly related work experience. Good working knowledge of software systems and strong customer service skills.

Additional Notes:
Required to work on campus, in-person, 5 days/week during regular business hours.
