Your tasks at a glance

You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, financ,e and team) in an effort to provide high quality services.
You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
You complete different reports and administrative tasks.
You can produce medical transcripts and other related documents with detail and accuracy.
You understand and assume different technical positions as needed.

You have excellent communication skills.
You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
You are organized, selfdisciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
You can travel between our LASIK MD, TLC & Gimbel Eye Centre clinics in Calgary.
You are available to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am5:00 pm (some early mornings and evenings as required).
