Position Summary
Responsibilities
1.
Amazon Store Management:
a. Manage our Amazon Seller Central accounts daily in the US and Canada.
b.
Create, maintain, and optimize Amazon product listings, ensuring SEO optimization, A+ Premium Content & storefront, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
c.Investigate and troubleshoot issues with Amazon Seller Central, including account health and listing problems such as removals, suppressions, and other issues.
d. Strategize, execute, and manage Amazon paid campaigns to drive growth, profitability, and brand visibility. This includes conducting keyword research, setting up campaigns, daily performance optimization, and data-driven reporting.e. Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon advertising to drive traffic and sales.
f. Optimize sales and increase conversion rates through strategic adjustments and continuous improvement efforts.
2.
Shopify Store Management:
a.
Oversee all aspects of Shopify store management, including but not limited to product listing creation, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
b.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues related to the Shopify store, including website downtime, payment processing errors, and order fulfillment issues.
c. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels align with marketplace demand.d. Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and search-optimized to drive conversions.

Coordinate integration with other platforms or systems, such as inventory management software, CRM systems, or fulfillment centers, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
f. Implement strategies for optimizing sales and increasing conversion rates through continuous monitoring and adjustments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to develop and execute integrated e-commerce initiatives.
Marketplace Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new e-commerce platforms and marketplaces for potential expansion, such as eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or Etsy.
Product Sourcing and Selection:
Work with suppliers to source new products and negotiate favorable terms and pricing to expand the product catalog and meet customer demand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools.
- Technical proficiency in website management and basic coding knowledge.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
