Job Summary:

The SVP of Institutional Sales will be responsible for leading the global institutional sales team at Corpay Cross-Border, focusing on investment and private equity (PE) funds and financial institutions.

The role will be accountable for driving revenue growth, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and building and maintaining the dedicated shared services infrastructure required to support the specialized Compliance, Credit, and Legal frameworks demanded by these client segments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the institutional sales team, provide strategic direction, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including investment and PE funds, financial institutions, and other largescale organizations
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Build and maintain a specialized shared services infrastructure to support the unique needs of the institutional client base
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a strong risk management framework
  • Work closely with the Group President and other executive team members to develop and implement a comprehensive institutional sales strategy
  • Manage and mentor the institutional sales team to ensure optimal performance and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build segmentspecific marketing materials and gotomarket targeting strategies across all geographies
  • Represent Corpay Cross-Border at industry events and conferences to build the company's profile and increase brand awareness

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional sales and service, with deep knowledge of the investment and PE fund landscape and financial institutions
  • Strong track record of success in driving revenue growth, building longterm client relationships, and identifying market opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a highperforming sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including Compliance, Credit, and Legal teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
