What you've done:

Collaborated with both functional and technical teams to create solutions using existing technology.
Create technical documentation such as stepbystep instructions aimed at end users.
Worked with large data sets to manipulate data using MS Excel (should know how to a VLookup).
Troubleshoot level 2 and above issues.
Been organized, innovative, and able to selfmotivate.

What you will do:

Report to management/ stakeholders.
Share knowledge, procedures, and documentation for products and projects.
Support users in a professional manner.

Would be awesome if you had:

Worked on Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc).
Knowledge of Windows 10.
MAC experience.
Reporting experience using Power BI or Tableau.
Understanding of scripting using PowerShell.
Used ServiceNow.
