The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing meaningful assistance to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders by managing inbound communications effectively. This includes responding promptly to medication-related inquiries, addressing concerns related to payment solutions, shipment tracking, and refill requests. Furthermore, this role involves collaborating closely with prescribers and pharmacies regarding patient care while maintaining accurate records of patient information.

• Communicate/follow-up with providers/prescribers on patient care
• Gather info/create/maintain patient profiles

A 2-year experience in a relevant field preferably within a pharmacy setting would be beneficial. Proficiency in Kroll software is also essential along with computer literacy that covers intermediate skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook). CRM knowledge is preferable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written verbal oral communication skills ability work independently maintain customer service focus strong work ethic positive attitude flexibility adaptability complex situations thorough understanding quality assurance delivery excellence organizational time management multitasking initiative self motivation detailed oriented bilingualism English French an asset.
