Job Description:


  • Develop arrival plans, container pickup plans, and unloading plans based on customer forecasts and realtime status of goods in transit.
  • Manage warehouse inventory status (by customer, by aging, etc).
  • Arrange appointments for Amazon and customer warehouses based on warehouse inventory, make delivery plan.
  • Share plans in real time with customer service team, warehouse team and delivery teams.
  • Manage logistics fulfillment status updates and prepare reports.
  • Analyze operations performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Communicate with customers, warehouses, trucks, suppliers, etc.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

  • More than 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics planning and scheduling.
  • Good communication skills and able to complete tasks assigned by superiors as required.
  • Outcome driven, open minded.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and able to use Excel to set various formulas and templates.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong selflearning capability.
  • Be adaptable to fast paced work.
  • An operation excellence driver.
  • A good team player.
  • Ecommerce operation background is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
