Technical Support (L1 or L2 or L3)

Location:
Montreal or Laval, QC (Hybrid)

Type:
Full time

  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in related field
  • At least 3 years of handson experience in Technical Support (L1 or L2 or L3)
  • Must be bilingual English and French
  • Maintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments.
  • Has Handson experience in networking, routing, and switching.
  • Good knowledge or experience with a CCNA is also good
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Manage file servers and printer servers.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment;

Salary:
$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Network support: 3 years (preferred)
  • CCNA: 1 year (preferred)
  • LAN/

WAN:
2 years (preferred)

  • Technical Support (L1 or L2 or L3): 3 years (preferred)

Language:


  • French (required)
  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CompTIA A+ (preferred)
