You will

Coordinate the collection, coding, approval and payment of invoices
Perform accurate data entry of accounts payable invoices
Complete twice per month payment runs, including cheques and online bill payments
Process quick payments as needed
Review and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain vendor ledger in accounting system
Reconcile vendor statements and address vendor inquiries in a timely manner
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly GST filing
Act as back up for Accounts Receivable holiday relief
Organize, file, scan, and archive documents
Communicate effectively with other teams to obtain necessary information
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

You have

1 to 2 years accounting/administrative experience, preferably in a highvolume environment
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Yardi
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great people skills, able to relate well to others and state your case
