You

You will

  • Coordinate the collection, coding, approval and payment of invoices
  • Perform accurate data entry of accounts payable invoices
  • Complete twice per month payment runs, including cheques and online bill payments
  • Process quick payments as needed
  • Review and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor ledger in accounting system
  • Reconcile vendor statements and address vendor inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly GST filing
  • Act as back up for Accounts Receivable holiday relief
  • Organize, file, scan, and archive documents
  • Communicate effectively with other teams to obtain necessary information
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

You have

  • 1 to 2 years accounting/administrative experience, preferably in a highvolume environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Yardi
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great people skills, able to relate well to others and state your case
