Prepares presents serves meals ensuring quality food overall presentation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform prep work such as washing peeling cutting seeding fruits vegetables Carry pans kettles trays food to from work stations stove refrigerator in accordance safety standards Store food designated areas following wrapping dating food safety rotation procedures Set up items purchase daily basis Perform general cleaning duties remove trash garbage to designated areas Distribute supplies utensils portable equipment Utilize approved recipes production standards ensure proper quality serving temperatures standard portion control Notify cooks if food temperatures not acceptable limits Serve customers friendly efficient manner outlined steps service Resolve customer concerns relays relevant information supervisor Assure compliance sanitation safety requirements Provide service retail areas including cashiering line serving
