Currently, we are seeking motivated
Project Administrators to join our growing team in order to support our projects in
Northern Ontario.

The key responsibilities of a Project Administrator include, but are not limited to:


  • Facilitating weekly reporting on project status and attend client meetings to report on minutes of meeting
  • Assisting with development of project quality plans and completion of quality control checks
  • Material, tools and equipment procurement to support the projects needs
  • Payroll entry and cost allocations
  • Assisting in planning and preparing reports, plans, and construction schedules for project execution
  • Overseeing site Coverall program under the direction of the Project Manager / Superintendent
  • Scheduling site specific training needs for workforce
  • Performing clerical duties and utilize Technica's ERP (Viewpoint) to input data.
  • Assisting with project invoicing and tracking
  • Performing document control for Projects.
  • Assisting Supervisors/Superintendent as required

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in Mining/Civil/Structural Engineering or Business is considered an asset
  • Experience in a mining, industrial or construction environment or manufacturing is preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact and engage with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work remotely and outoftown as required
