Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers.

Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.


Job Summary:


Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and steer the annual Business Planning Round process for both Canada and the US markets, establishing the 5year volume plans and providing clear and sound justification for modifications to previously approved plans and suggestions for improvement and forecasting for proposed business plans.
  • Establish, communicate and monitor annual sales objectives by product, supporting the growth of a portfolio of Insurance and Protection Services contracts and other business areas that will deliver on the financial commitments of both the US and the Canadian markets.
  • Provide vital analytical information to the product development team to assist the planning and development of new products for the market.
  • Provide data analysis and interpretations to key decision makers in the form quantitative information, product performance, market analysis and provide future planning forecasts. Provide and interpret data analysis on dealer performances which contributes to the business decisions of dealer programs.
  • Provide vital analytical information on the insurance side of the business that will assist in identifying for growth opportunities for the NAR market.
  • In close cooperation with the respective sales teams, define and manage sales objectives on product / market / dealership level.
  • Lead the annual / monthly sales forecasting and reporting process to ensure risks and opportunities to annual objectives are highlighted and properly supported.
  • Manages and Maintains all reporting related process flows, operating procedures, work instructions and implements effective QC controls for outgoing reports.
  • Develop new reporting suite(s) and structures for all level data structures and reporting mechanisms. Ensure one source of information for stakeholders; develop efficient reporting structure by utilizing systems like AWS QuickSight and Tableau.
  • Oversees Data / System Related change management and Requirements for IaPS Projects.
  • Develop strategies to save cost on existing reporting vendors in the U.S. market.
  • Supervises Business Planning and Reporting Analyst roles including monitoring of daily work activity, quality and productivity to achieve performance expectations and objectives.
  • Assist in development, coordination, implementation, & analysis of various IaPS programs & processes by performing analysis as required by the Sr. Dir, Insurance and Protection Services
  • NAR.

Qualifications

Education:


  • Minimum required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Analytics, Mathematics or Finance.
  • MBA

Experience:


  • 7+ Years in a professional role
  • 2 Years in a supervisory role

Preferred:

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Prior project management experience
  • 4 years in a supervisory role
  • Previous database management and analytics experience
