Creative Door Services, North America's largest overhead door dealer, operates nine branches across Western Canada and we have over 50 years of experience in the residential and commercial overhead door industry.

We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors and driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls.


Role:

We have an immediate opening for a
Branch Administrator in our
Fort McMurray Branch.

Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, the Branch Administrator is the first point of contact for all customers and is responsible for all general office administration duties.

This role is a permanent, full time position with opportunities for growth with job task variety.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling phone calls and walkin customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely pickup and delivery of office mail, including special handling and internal mail
  • Prepares quotes as needed
  • Provide assistance to walkin customers
  • Assist with special projects as directed
  • Lifting, filing, typing and data entry
  • General office administration
  • General warehouse duties including but not limited to loading and unloading truck, maintaining inventory including parts, clean and organize warehouse
  • Ordering products as needed
  • Other duties, as assigned

  • Above average attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prioritizing tasks, managing stress and diffusing difficult situations in a fastpaced environment
  • Superior telecommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and a good problem solver
  • Maintaining respect for confidentiality
  • Aptitude to learn and retain technical and product knowledge to properly direct phone calls and walkin customers
  • Knowledge in shipping, logistics, construction and overhead garage doors is an asset

Qualifications:


  • 3 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player, with mínimal supervision
  • Maintains a positive attitude and learns quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite/Internet Explorer
