The Opportunity:


  • Manage largescale projects related to the Calls for Justice and the Highway of Tears recommendations
  • Manage the development of Destiny's Project, which focuses on violence prevention in families
  • Ongoing community engagement work related to project and program development
  • Assist with the development, design and submission of proposals to funding agencies in collaboration with the Calls for Justice team

What You Will Bring to The Role:

  • A strong understanding of the history of the Highway of Tears and its initiatives
  • Minimum of 3 years program and contract management experience
  • Diploma in a social science, health science or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health or Human Services preferred
