ABOUT THE JOB:
We have an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in the residential real estate industry.

In the role of Sales Office Receptionist, you will act as the front-line ambassador, greeting clients at the Company's sales offices in the GTA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspection of common areas including the office exterior, sales floor, offices, washrooms and boardrooms to ensure standards of presentation, health and safety and hygiene are maintained.
  • Inspection of office equipment including coffee machines and printer/copier devices.
  • Monitoring inventories of various types of supplies for the operation of the premises and placing orders when required.
  • Data Management updating and maintaining various tracking databases as directed, including in the JDEdwards system.
  • Drafting marketing materials, for review and ensuring that all marketing materials, e.g., brochure packages are maintained accurately and uptodate.
  • Providing direct support to management and administrators.
  • Assisting with event planning activities.
  • Other office reception duties as required
  • 3+ years of progressive work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to lift a minimum 10lbs
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work from different office locations in the GTA
  • Ability to work 6 days out of the week, including weekends
  • A team player who is able to handle pressure with professionalism and tact
  • Experience working with JDE EnterpriseOne is desirable
  • Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge
