JOB PURPOSE:
- Effectively monitor and promote policies and programs in the daytoday operations of the manufacturing site.
- Takes all necessary steps to ensure finished products are produced within prescribed quality specifications and company policies.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the full compliance of specific standards for product quality
- Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of regulatory documentation to include Safety Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis, Quality & Regulation, Ingredient List, bill of materials, packaging specifications etc.
- Generate other regulatory documentation as required
- Responsible for maintenance of product certification database
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and accurately
- Upload documents to designated, secured online portals in coordination with Regulatory Coordinator
- Carry out other activities needed essential to the effective operation of QA/QC/Regulatory department during the shift
- Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems, and QMS.
- Compliance with the Company's Quality, ISO, Organic, new product launch, cGMP, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
- Other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- College/University diploma/degree in Quality Control or related field is required
- 2+ year QC and regulatory experience is required, preferably in cosmetic industry Excellent documentation and/or recordkeeping skills
- Strong attention to details is a must
- Completed training for cGMP
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and in a team environment
- Must have good interpersonal skills and demonstrated critical thinking
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize assigned duties, and demonstrate flexibility
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office suite and ERP system.
Salary:
$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
