    Senior Administrative Clerk - Montréal, QC, Canada - National Bank

    Description

    A career as a senior clerk on National Bank's Private Banking 1859 team, your ability to work in synergy with several partners will shine.

    In this role, you'll take charge of administrative needs and requests from collaborators and partners.
    Perform various administrative tasks independently according to established policies, standards, and procedures.
    Conduct checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations.
    Manage and provide administrative follow-up of files.
    Produce the various reports and statistics required by different partners and ensure data integrity.
    Help the Account Manager and the Account Representative coordinate and distribute work.
    Make sure that your unit meets quality standards, while making the necessary corrections to work methods and procedures.
    You'll work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.
