    Regional Sales Representative

    Be part of an energetic team as a Regional Sales Representative and take the lead in managing our client base within the independent business (IB) financial services sector. At our company, we are committed to delivering top-quality solutions that empower businesses to flourish. With a strong focus on acquiring and retaining customers, you will have a crucial role in propelling growth and reaching goals. This role offers a blend of remote and on-site work in Toronto.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support and integration.
    • Build solid relationships with designated accounts, creating customized proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.
    • Negotiate prices and contract terms to support corporate objectives.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to enhance offerings and fulfill client expectations.
    • Boost customer acquisition and guarantee smooth integration and service provision.
    • Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and regular status updates.
    • Educate the sales team and clients on compliance, processes, and market trends.
    • Continuously enhance skills through our extensive training programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field; relevant experience will be taken into account.
    • Have 7-10 years of field sales experience, with a preference for relevant sector experience.
    • Be self-driven with excellent communication abilities.
    • Possess a valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and nurturing customer connections.
    • More than 5 years of industry experience.
