    Job Title:
    Account Manager, Cruise Ships

    So, what does the role involve?

    Plan, supervise, and coordinate renovation projects with cruise ship clients.


    Ensure smooth progress of projects from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.


    Responsibilities:

    Project Management and Coordination:
    Develop and manage project plans and detailed schedules.

    Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project flow.

    Work closely with the product integration manager for technical project leadership.

    Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

    Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.


    Customer Relationship Management:
    Act as the main resource for cruise ship clients, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing any questions or concerns.

    Provide expert advice and recommendations to help clients achieve their renovation project goals.


    Internal Team Communication:
    Work closely with technical teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements.

    Facilitate clear communication and coordination with technical teams.

    Ensure effective communication with the management team and set realistic expectations.


    Required Skills:
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management, customer relationship management, or similar roles.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

    Proven experience in project management, preferably in cruise ships, construction, or renovation sector.

    Technical knowledge related to production and renovation projects.

    Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including international travel.

    Excellent communication skills in French and English.


    Technologies and Skills:
    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

    Experience with customer relationship management software.

    Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
