    Accounting Clerk
    Oakville, ON - In Office Role
    8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday


    Requirements/Skills:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
    • A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • A background in Automotive or Collision repair businesses is an asset.
    • Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.
    • Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Excellent organizational , Multi-Tasking and time management skills.
    • Is a motivated and driven individual.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
    • Process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipts, and help with collection of past due balances to support Accounts Receivable

    Handle general accounting tasks:
    help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects.


    • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting databases.
    • Support team with back up and tasks as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
