What you will do:

Right now Cineplex is looking for a dynamic:
Front of House (FOH) VIP Supervisor

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Leading, training, supporting, coaching, motivating and managing a dedicated team of FOH employees to ensure that each VIP Guest enjoys an exceptional service experience
Maintaining a high guest satisfaction rate in all service aspects by consistently monitoring the guest's experience
Accomplishing restaurant human resource objectives by enforcing all policies and procedures Hiring and reviewing staffing levels for host/hostesses, servers and bartenders to maximize productivity
Maintaining an engaging, memorable ambience in VIP areas by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, flatware, dinnerware, monitoring food presentation, maintaining an immaculate dining area
Reconciling end of the night funds Managing stress in an fastpaced, highpressured environment
Solving problems and resolving conflict proactively through analysis, critical thinking and flexibility in approach; following up with guests when issues arise to ensure their satisfaction

Superviseur VIP en avant-boutique

Se rapportant au directeur d'avant-boutique, les principales responsabilités de ce poste comprennent:

Mener, former, soutenir, encadrer, motiver et gérer une équipe dévouée d'employés en avant‐boutique afin que tout invité VIP puisse vivre une excellente expérience en matière de service;
Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle relativement à tous les aspects du service par un suivi constant de l'expérience de l'invité;
Embaucher et évaluer les besoins en dotation de personnel pour les postes d'hôte/hôtesse, de serveur/serveuse et de barman/barmaid;
Veiller au maintien d'une ambiance unique et inoubliable dans les aires VIP par le contrôle de l'éclairage, de la musique d'atmosphère, du linge de table, de la verrerie, des couverts, de la vaisselle, par un suivi de la présentation de la nourriture et par le maintien d'une propreté impeccable des aires de repas;

- Équilibrer les comptes à la fin de la nuit;

Gérer le stress dans un milieu sous tension où tout évolue rapidement;
Résoudre les problèmes et régler les conflits de façon proactive par l'analyse, la pensée critique et une approche flexible; effectuer le suivi auprès des clients lorsque des problèmes surviennent afin de leur donner satisfaction.
