Our end-to-end suite of software solutions helps our customers answer thousands of emergency calls and text messages, and process, organize, and prioritize video, disparate evidence and records.

We are also proud to be industry leaders in video security solutions installed in more than 120 countries at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers.

**Within this team, we have an opportunity for a Business Operations Analyst to work in a talented, cross-functional, highly collaborative team to analyze business data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.


This individual must possess
2+ years of experience in using Tableau, SQL or Tableau Prep, and strong critical thinking skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, high data literacy, and intellectual curiosity.

Ideally, you are an exceedingly organized, results-oriented individual who knows how to redirect around pitfalls, remain flexible and positive in an ever-changing environment.

This role will thrive at collaboration with product managers and various cross-functional team members as both customers and partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize Tableau to analyze and visualize complex business data and create insightful reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand business requirements, and develop data models and strategies to support business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • DevelopSQL queries and scripts or use Tableau Prep to extract, manipulate, and transform data from multiple sources.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Operations Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role utilizing Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques.
