We are looking for an Associate, Program Operations Redeployment to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Associate, you will have primary responsibility for ensuring that vehicles have completed required refurbishment and can move through the remarketing process.

You will be required to call on vendors and locations to continuously update vehicle status, location and point of contact in all states and geographies, working directly with the client counterpart to facilitate vehicle remarketing requests as directed.

This position has direct and frequent client facing meetings to review the status of vehicles & demand, present action plans and forecast future results.

A Day in the Life

  • Remarketing Support
  • Using multiple data sources to locate vehicles
  • Calling shops and vendors to confirm vehicle status
  • Establishing a point of contact for pick up
  • Ensuring vehicles are processed through correct remarketing stream
  • Processing pickup requests
  • Providing updates to the client on remarketing efforts
  • Support data quality initiatives
  • Reviewing data for accuracy
  • Providing the team feedback on data discrepancies
  • Providing daily reports
  • Delivery Packet Process
  • Additional ad hoc duties

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma, 2 or 4year degree preferred
  • Process Management Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • MS Office proficient in the following
  • Excel ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data
  • Word ability to create documents
  • Demonstrate initiative and problemsolving ability
  • Critical thinking ability to think through logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirements
