Your tasks at a glance

  • You assist during the preop exams and fill the patient's charts accurately.
  • You answer patient's questions while ensuring the best service.
  • You work closely with Optometrists.
  • You conduct preoperative and postoperative tests for patients.
  • You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
  • You confirm postoperative appointments by phone.

A clear view of your assets

  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You are comfortable with computers & technology.
  • You have an interest in the medical field and/or have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You are meticulous, precise, rigorous, patient and focused, no detail can escape you.
  • You are available to work flexible hours between
    Monday to Saturday (2 week days, Saturday's 8am4:30pm, occasional Sunday's 9am12pm).

You are comfortable travelling between our other GTA Lasik MD clinics when needed.
