As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Training and shadowing with our members of our team to gain an understanding of customer service excellence
Property administration, operations, and overall real estate property management.
Gaining an understanding of the importance of leasing, including broker relations and tours.
Learning Oxford's world beyond our office portfolio, including retail, industrial and hotels.
Assessing and enhancing programs, with guidance from mentors within the organization.

Areas of focus will be tailored to specific interests of the students who join us, along with the needs of the business, and may include:
Customer Service Excellence
Property 'first impressions'.
Assist with lobby event as required, and provide recommendations on new initiatives.
Set up focus groups with tenants to address survey feedback comments.

Research
Leading edge building amenities for today and in the future.
Working with our in-house security team, investigate the use of advanced technology for tenant and building emergency information.
Team connectivity - assess optimal technology to delivery on our CSE promise and teamwork.
Industry associations and related education and professional designations.

Administration
Assist with updating and creation of information one-pagers and e-reference guides.
Update/review various property spreadsheets (invoice, occupancy tracking, contracts, tickler, etc).
Review MAXX to ensure forms are up to date.

Construction and Operations
Angus preventative maintenance review to align and consolidate generic items for consistency.

Small OPEX project management tasks specific to each site, seeking cost benefits if being considered across more than one site.

Assisting in CAPEX project management as and when required.
Assisting OMs with National Programs initiatives as and when required.
Tenant / Landlord construction assistance (drafting of letters, sending insurance information, etc).
BOMA Best Certification activities (site dependent).
Arc Online (LEED Dynamic) - sustainable intelligence review (site dependent).
Where appropriate, direct Building Operator activities for those with Operations interest.


To succeed in this role, you:
Are a returning student pursuing an undergraduate degree in commerce, real estate, construction, urban planning, or engineering
Are proficient in Microsoft products (Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Are self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
Possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills, outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), and have proven problem solving and project management skills
Are able to work well under pressure with multiple competing deadlines
Work effectively in a team environment and independently as required have a demonstrated passion for real estate management
