Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Centre in Winnipeg is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collision Centre Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our collision repair facility.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday operations of the Collision Centre, including staff management, workflow optimization, and quality control
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of collision repairs, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Manage and mentor a team of technicians, estimators, and administrative staff
  • Hold daily production meetings with all members of the technical team
  • Implement and maintain high standards of safety and compliance with industry regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
  • Monitor and control operational expenses to achieve budgetary goals
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in the determination of KPIs and take necessary steps to achieve or exceed metrics
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive collision repair industry
  • Indepth knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in computerized estimating systems and industry software
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering highquality service
