Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Broker to lead and oversee our operations real estate experience is mandatory.

The Managing Broker will play a crucial role in guiding our team of professionals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving the growth and success of our brokerage.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:


  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to our team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence.
Recruit, train, and mentor new members, helping them achieve their full potential.


Compliance and Regulation:


  • Stay uptodate with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and ensure the brokerage's compliance.
  • Oversee and manage all transactions to ensure they meet legal and ethical standards.

Business Growth:

Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams for the brokerage.


Client Relationships:

Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and representing the brokerage's values.


Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and provide insights to help agents make informed decisions.
Assist in pricing strategies and market positioning.


Administration:

Handle administrative responsibilities related to the brokerage's operations, including contracts, documents, and compliance records.


Qualifications:


  • Active Real Estate Broker license
  • Proven experience as a Managing Broker or in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of BC real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clientfocused mindset.
  • Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools.

How to Apply:


Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
