Description

Strong working knowledge of power grid, transmission and distribution industry (T&D) and electric utilities.
Strong working knowledge with design and construction of new and upgrade of existing transmission lines, substations, and distribution lines with voltage levels from 12kV to 500kV.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, creative problemsolving, collaboration and leadership skills
Experience working with a diverse team of professionals including, project managers, construction managers, project controls professionals, procurement professionals, environmental professionals, consultants, owners engineering, safety professionals, etc.
Proven experience managing large, complex projects in multiple locations
Experience and recognition as a technical expert in their field
Ability to effectively communicate expectations and requirements with both clients and team members
A track record of leveraging relationships to expand work with existing clients, identify new clients and recruit and retain inhouse staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or closely related field.
3+ Years of Relevant Experience, including management of infrastructure projects including electrical substations, transmission lines, distribution and/or distributed energy resources
Must have Power BI/Power Automate experience
Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects and/or programs with high quality on schedule and within scope and budget
Project and client management experience including management of multiple projects of significant scope and complexity
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Master's degree in technical or business discipline
Valid driver's license w/ a clean driving record
