    Senior Superintendent, CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe)
    Full-time, Permanent position

    The Senior Superintendent, CIPP is responsible for assisting in the coordination and planning of projects related to the rehabilitation of pipeline systems utilizing Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP).

    The Senior Superintendent, CIPP supports the execution of complex tasks in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment for team members.

    This position will be based out of our Toronto, Ontario office.

    Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and specifications. Monitor work progress, quality, and safety on the construction site. Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
    Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and safety protocols.
    Enforce and maintain quality control procedures to meet project specifications. Develop and manage construction schedules in collaboration with project managers. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet project milestones and deadlines.
    Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. Evaluate subcontractor performance and adherence to project requirements.
    Enforce safety regulations and procedures on the construction site. Act as a liaison between on-site personnel and project management. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

    Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
