Who we need:

We are looking for a Bilingual Copywriter to join our Marketing Delivery team.

You will contribute to developing compelling short copy for various marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, are customized to their geographic location in Canada, drive customer engagement, and support our loyalty initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our campaigns and to create member-centric experiences.

As our new Bilingual Copywriting Coordinator, you will:

_ Grow your knowledge._ You will become deeply familiar with products, offers, and positioning. You will conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors. You will stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and channel copywriting and marketing best practices.

- _ Manage, analyze and pivot. _You will manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliverables. You will monitor copy/campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. You will launch A/ B tests to optimize results and leverage AI tools to scale personalization.

You bring:

- _ A passion for engaging customers. _You have experience in copywriting and marketing campaigns; ideally, you have exposure to loyalty programs. You have exceptional English and French writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a proven ability to create targeted, persuasive copy that aligns with brand values, tone, and objectives.
- _ The technical skills._ You are curious and have explored the possibilities of AI for content optimization. You are proficient with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social media platforms. You have excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- _ Relationship-building finesse. _You are highly collaborative, with a deep appreciation for diverse ideas and approaches. You can build trust, influence decisions, and work closely across teams and with stakeholders.
