We are seeking a creative and experienced Community Manager to oversee the social media for our portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.


What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience demographics, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish goals for social media campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Create highquality, compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and timely response to trending topics and events.
  • Produce a variety of content formats, including text posts, images, videos, infographics, and interactive polls or quizzes.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers by initiating conversations, answering questions, and soliciting usergenerated content.
  • Cultivate brand advocacy and loyalty by building relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, clickthrough rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Use datadriven insights to iterate and optimize social media strategies, content tactics, and audience targeting.

What You'll Need

  • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or clientfacing environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with our portfolio teams, crossfunctional departments, and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge proficiency in Microsoft Excel
