We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our client's team in Prince George, BC.In this role, you will create and maintain an accurate branch budget, develop short- and long-term business plans, and provide clear leadership to your staff.
You will manage sales representatives, ensure a high-quality customer experience, and foster relationships with both new and existing clients. If you're a hands-on manager with a strong background of sales and customer service into the Heavy Equipment Sector, we want to hear from youPERKS AND BENEFITS:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as profit & loss responsibilitiesDeveloping business plans and client acquisition plansManaging multiple personnel to effectively establish and maintain client relationshipsOverseeing all aspects of the location and ensuring work is completed correctly and efficientlyDeveloping a sales team to ensure future company growth
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
