- Setting and maintaining standards for KPI's, ensuring customer orders meet all quality and standard requirements
- Quality control follow up as it relates to orders or production, rework of orders as needed
- Managing customer or internal complaint program and investigations
- Coordinating and overseeing internal and external ISO audits and ISO system including employee training
- Conducting quality audits of processes and procedures and collect all relevant documentation
- Developing and implementing quality improvement plans
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- 1 Year experience in a similar Quality Control position, manufacturing environment preferred
- Previous experience and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 procedures and standards
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred
- Quality System certification a bonus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of corrective action and the ability to manage sensitive information
