Description
We're currently looking for an exciting sales and business development manager role for a rapidly growing employment agency.If you're proficient with 3 years of experience in a sales role within the employment agency, we want to hear from you.
Your tasks as the Sales & Business Development Manager are:
- Making cold calls and closing the sales
- Develops sales objectives and strategies in accordance with the overall objectives.
- Directs sales activities consistent with the objectives.
- Prepare and quote accurate rates.
- Visit clients and prospects.
- Prepares and conducts effective customer presentations and represents the company in a professional and ethical manner.
- Other duties were assigned.
The required qualifications of the Sales & Business Development Manager are:
- At least 5 years successful experience in a sales position in the Employment industry
- College diploma
- A hunter with a go getter attitude
- Valid driving license and vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salary:
$60,000.00 per year

Staffing Agency: 2 years (preferred)
