Description
We're currently looking for an exciting sales and business development manager role for a rapidly growing employment agency.

If you're proficient with 3 years of experience in a sales role within the employment agency, we want to hear from you.


Your tasks as the Sales & Business Development Manager are:

  • Making cold calls and closing the sales
  • Develops sales objectives and strategies in accordance with the overall objectives.
  • Directs sales activities consistent with the objectives.
  • Prepare and quote accurate rates.
  • Visit clients and prospects.
  • Prepares and conducts effective customer presentations and represents the company in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Other duties were assigned.

The required qualifications of the Sales & Business Development Manager are:

  • At least 5 years successful experience in a sales position in the Employment industry
  • College diploma
  • A hunter with a go getter attitude
  • Valid driving license and vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary:
$60,000.00 per year

Experience:

Staffing Agency: 2 years (preferred)
