ROLE:


As the Regional Manager, your job will be planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of your territory and contracts.

You will work closely with senior management to make sure that the scope and direction of each service contract or project are on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

In addition, you will plan and coordinate all contracts in your territory, including overseeing contractors and working with clients.

Senior Operations Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • This role will require a variable work schedule and travel to accommodate the types of service contracts you will be responsible for overseeing.
  • This role will expect you to travel throughout your assigned territory of Vancouver and surrounding areas on the basis that ensures you maintain regular facetoface interactions with our client representatives and preferred partners as deemed appropriate.
  • This role will be responsible for the execution and delivery of business results within the region and report directly to and work with the Senior Operations Manager to develop goals and objectives to continually grow and develop regional sales, markets, and profitability.
  • This role will be expected to learn, understand, and grow the region's products, services and sales while managing contracted services to deliver the expectations and scope of work defined within our client contracts and additional works as offered.
  • This role will be expected to maintain an active interface with clients and their representatives to understand their needs better, address their concerns, and provide them with opportunities to learn more about the products and services you can offer with the goal of providing improvements and costeffective alternatives.
  • This role will expect you to continually update your knowledge of our business practices, products, services, and business model development.
  • This role will effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, professional manner and on an ongoing basis.
  • This role will deliver projects in a safe, timely, and profitable manner while maintaining the industry's highest quality level.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:


  • Experience in snow removal, landscaping, and property maintenance is an asset.
  • Postsecondary diploma or certificate in management or project management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism working with all levels of employees and clients.
  • Minimum three years experience in construction, facilities maintenance, general contracting, or road maintenance capacity.
  • Demonstrated skills and understanding of the role of a facilitator and problem solver.
  • Natural ability to multitask within a fastpaced workplace.
  • Resultsoriented, including concern and attention to budgets, schedules, quality levels, safety, and customer satisfaction.
