Cedarcroft Place Retirement Residence is currently looking for an Assistant Director of Care to join our teamAs the Assistant Director of Care you will be accountable to the Director of Care for the day to day management of the nursing department and resident care services.
Requirements:
Current registration as a RPN at the relevant nurses collegePossess current First Aid/CPR certificateExperience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is desirableMust have knowledge of the nursing processPost-graduate studies in geriatrics is desirableMust have good leadership and communication skillsPossession of skill in planning, coordinating, and supervising a comprehensive nursing care programReceived at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
