Job Duties:

Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
Additional duties as assigned.
Proficiency with computers (Excel, Outlook, & Word)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
The ability to work independently and manage a workload of fluctuating priorities especially meeting workload completion deadlines
