Job Description:


The Client Service Process Analyst will be responsible for building and analyzing performance report through weekly/monthly/quarterly review of the predefined KPI and providing visibility of key results and focus areas to the leadership team.

The position is further expected to provide quality assurance of existing data and reports and organize and transform information into comprehensible structure to better understand the customer's behavior and routines and design a customer's pattern.

The Client Service Process Analyst is also expected to be comfortable in preparing presentations (power point, word, one note).

  • Run KPI reports on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Ensure data integrity of the reports provided
  • Provide visibility of the main highlights from the reports provided
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction (customer's behavior)
  • Provide ondemand reports and analysis as required by the leadership team
  • Prepare necessary presentations for monthly and quarterly business review
  • Provide managers with team and individual performance on weekly basis
  • Foster a culture of close collaboration with internal stakeholders and identify common objectives to scaleup improvement to a multidepartment level \
  • Provide regular benchmark and market intel
  • Participate in new projects, including the new CRM project

Qualifications:


  • Commercial mindset with understanding of the Industry/Business (Minimum 3 years of Transportation/Logistics related experience in Ocean Transportation, an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, specifically in marketing and competitor analysis
  • Proven project management skills
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively with and influence a crossfunctional, matrix group
  • Continuous process improvement mindset
  • Results oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (Clear with the right narrative, key messages & delivery)
  • Good Presentation skills, high learning agility, high change agility
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, strong sense of Urgency
  • Solutions oriented using creative outofthebox thinking
  • Organizational and time management Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (i.e... Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and technical ease
  • Undergraduate degree, an asset
