As a Customer Service Representative with Sonovision Canada, you will join an energetic team, passionate about the work they do.
Typical Duties
In this role, you will;
- Manage customer accounts,
- Update and ensure customer database integrity,
- Action customer technical publication orders,
- Coordinate the accurate and timely distribution of technical publications to customers,
- Be responsible for accurate and ontime customer invoicing
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by developing and implementing enhancements based on lean manufacturing concepts.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
- A College degree in Administration or equivalent or 2 to 5 years of relevant experience,
- Proven frontline Customer Service experience,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written),
- Able to maintain solid relationships with external vendors and ensure work is completed according to company schedules and standards,
- Write and speak fluently in English (a requirement due to an international customer base),
- Experience with SAP, publishing, or distribution would be an asset.
