    PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent full time Layup Operator to support second shift operations (3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.).

    Must be able to train on first shift (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) for 1-3 months before moving onto second shift.

    Responsibilities

  • Panel cleaning for surface preparation (manual scrubbing).
  • Dye cutting of panels.
  • Spartanics punching for tooling on the panels.
  • Cover coat lay up of circuit boards.
  • Stiffner lay up of circuit boards.
  • Dry film lamination of circuit boards.
  • Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat.
  • Must be able lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts.
