The Ottawa Catholic School Board is looking for summer students to join the Human Resources team.

Under the direction of a Coordinator (Wellness, Human Resources, Operations), the students will:

Be involved in document and data collection and entry as well as tracking of important information

Scanning documents

Provide administrative support to various members of the HR Team

Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Secondary School Diploma

In the process of completing a College diploma, University degree or other post secondary education

One year of related experience preferred

Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Applications and proficient computer skills

Task and detail oriented

Ability to organize and prioritize

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered

These positions are temporary, full-time (1.0 FTE) assignments. The anticipated start is approximately May 1 with an anticipated end date of August 30, 2024. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hr plus vacation pay.
