Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the President, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
Office Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, and managing office supplies.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating various institutional events, conferences, and meetings.
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate travel arrangements for the President and other executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
Document Management:
Create, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
Handle Personal Matters:
Assist the President with personal tasks, such as managing appointments, organizing personal events, and handling confidential personal information.
Special Projects:
Support the President and executive team with special projects and initiatives.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting highlevel executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands.
- Language Required: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the education sector or a similar environment.
How to Apply:
Salary:
From $42,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5B 2J6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- management: 1 year (preferred)
