We are seeking an Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office and provide valuable assistance to our HR team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office, answering calls and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain office equipment by checking printer supplies, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating service calls when necessary.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring a wellstocked and organized workspace.
- Oversee coffee station upkeep, including refilling coffee pods, cleaning the machine, and ordering coffee supplies.
- Coordinate orders for business cards, nametags, and other essential materials.
- Handle incoming mail and courier items, sorting and distributing them efficiently.
- Manage daily intown and outoftown courier arrangements.
- Maintain postage machine functionality by refilling and processing outgoing mail.
- Prepare endofmonth postage and printer reports for management.
- Assist contractors with key signouts for Compass Place and support property managers with keyrelated tasks.
- Coordinate conference room bookings as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and report creation.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees regarding common HR or Payroll inquiries.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including internal ITticketing process, benefits administration, orientation sessions, and exit interviews.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing office supplies and equipment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, contractors, and employees.
- Basic troubleshooting abilities for office equipment and machines.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic office environment.
- Familiarity with HR practices and policies is beneficial.
- Strong discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Previous administrative experience is required.
- Prior exposure to HR tasks or functions is an advantage.
