We are seeking an Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office and provide valuable assistance to our HR team.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office, answering calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain office equipment by checking printer supplies, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating service calls when necessary.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring a wellstocked and organized workspace.
  • Oversee coffee station upkeep, including refilling coffee pods, cleaning the machine, and ordering coffee supplies.
  • Coordinate orders for business cards, nametags, and other essential materials.
  • Handle incoming mail and courier items, sorting and distributing them efficiently.
  • Manage daily intown and outoftown courier arrangements.
  • Maintain postage machine functionality by refilling and processing outgoing mail.
  • Prepare endofmonth postage and printer reports for management.
  • Assist contractors with key signouts for Compass Place and support property managers with keyrelated tasks.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and report creation.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees regarding common HR or Payroll inquiries.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including internal ITticketing process, benefits administration, orientation sessions, and exit interviews.
Qualifications & Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, contractors, and employees.
  • Basic troubleshooting abilities for office equipment and machines.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic office environment.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and policies is beneficial.
  • Strong discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • Prior exposure to HR tasks or functions is an advantage.
